In the romantic and sheltered courtyard of the festively decorated castle there are fine local crafts, many handmade items and stands for social purposes. In the coach house in the castle building there are daily changing demonstrations of old vessels. In addition to traditional offerings such as bratwurst and mulled wine, there are good things from the twin towns: for example the popular Finnish salmon on the fireplace in Lappenzelt or pancakes with Calvados from France. the daily, atmospheric and varied program on the open-air stage in the courtyard of the castle. There are toddlers and yodels from the Allg'u singing, alphorn players can be heard and youth music bands play. In the refectory and the adjacent churches there is a sophisticated program of lectures and concerts. The highlight is the Engelefliegen every evening at 6.30 pm, an old tradition. A beautiful angel floats down from the Abthaus to the Christmas sounds.
