The Ter Steege Ballonfestival Hardenberg will take place again from Thursday 22 June to Saturday 24 June 2023. This festival has become a well-known event in the region and includes balloon rides, the Dragon Boat Race and a music program in a large party tent. Stichting Ballonfestival Hardenberg is responsible for organizing the balloon flights and the Brunink Dragon Boat Race, while Evenementenhal Hardenberg organizes the fringe program around these events.If the weather conditions are favourable, about thirty national and internationally colored balloons, including some special shapes, brighten up the sky. Around 7.30 pm the preparations and the take-off of the balloons begin. The balloon festival is free to visit. The Ter Steege Balloon Festival Hardenberg is an event not to be missed! The festival takes place on the event grounds on the banks of the Vecht in Hardenber. |
