1. stick to the rules
Each escape room is different and therefore has its own rules. For example, in some rooms you are allowed to move the furniture, but that is not always the case. Follow the rules to make sure you use your time efficiently and don't do things that aren't allowed.
2. Look and search carefully
The first thing you do in an escape room is look around and look for possible clues. This becomes a lot easier if you have someone on your team who can do this well.
3. Think carefully about what still needs to be done
Take a good look at which locks still need to be opened, and in which way the lock can be opened: by a key, a combination of numbers or a letter.
4. Look for patterns
A key or solution never comes out of the blue. That's why you have to look for patterns: for example, do you have a lock with a four-digit code? Then see if you can find a group of four numbers, words, symbols or images somewhere and see if that can be the solution.
5. Divide the tasks
You can all spend minutes on one riddle, but it is much more efficient if everyone tries to solve something else at the same time.< /div>
