Landgoed Fraeylemaborg is a historic estate located in the village of Slochteren, in the province of Groningen in the Netherlands. The estate has a rich history and includes a beautiful borg (country house) and associated gardens and parks.
The Fraeylemaborg was built in the 17th century and has had several owners since then. Today the estate is owned by the Landgoed Fraeylemaborg Foundation, which opens the mansion and its gardens and parks to the public.
The mansion itself is a beautiful example of the Dutch Renaissance style and contains many historical elements, such as old ceiling paintings and antique furniture. The gardens and parks around the deposit are laid out in the English landscape style and include a pond, orchard and vegetable garden.
