Zooparc Overloon is an animal park located in the North Brabant village of Overloon. The park is home to many different animal species from around the world and is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike.
Established in 2000, the park is since then it has become a major attraction in the region. It offers a unique and educational experience for visitors of all ages. The park covers an area of 21 hectares and is home to more than 80 different animal species, including tigers, lions, giraffes, zebras, camels, monkeys and many more.
One of the main features of Zoopark Overloon is the fact that the park is focused on nature conservation and the conservation of endangered species. The park has therefore set up various projects to contribute to the protection of these animals. For example, the park has contributed to the reintroduction of the European otter in the Netherlands and the park also supports the protection of endangered species such as the Sumatran tiger and the Indian rhinoceros.
