Whado is an innovative platform focused on travel, tourism, leisure and culture. We are committed to promoting new experiences, activities and events worldwide. As part of our expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic sales representatives to join our team.
As a sales representative at Whado, you are primarily responsible for acquiring new business customers and maintaining relationships with existing partners. You actively demonstrate the benefits of Whado's digital services through our website and app, and ensure that potential customers understand the added value of our platform. You will collect feedback to refine our offering and conduct market analysis to identify competitive trends. You will work closely with other teams within Whado to coordinate sales and marketing initiatives, and you will continuously strive to achieve established sales targets. Essential for this role is a strong affinity with digital tools, including smartphones, apps, browsers and tablets, to communicate and demonstrate effectively.
- Identifying and approaching potential business customers and partners.
- Presenting and selling Whado's services and products.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Actively contribute to strategies to increase market penetration.
- Work with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities.
- Representing Whado at trade shows, networking events and other related events.
- Takes orders and ensures they are processed correctly and delivered to the customer.
- Provides regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, customer feedback and market developments.
- Collects customer feedback on products or services and reports it to the company.
- Easily navigate and demonstrate Whado's app and website to potential customers.
- At least an MBO diploma in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong digital skills; you must be familiar with smartphones, apps, browsers, tablets and other digital tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and a team player.
- Affinity with the travel and tourism sector is an advantage.
- Speaking fluent English is an advantage.
