Zeer bijzonder plekje aan de rand van Hoogeveen. Niet alle seizoenen even mooi en het ligt direct aan het treinspoor. Maar als je vooral in de zomer tussen het hoge riet loopt of aan de andere kant geniet van de stroming van het dammetje en het water wat er loopt krijg je een zeer (voor Nederland) unieke belevenis.
