At the moment, Lido mainly offers commercial films. However, this may shift as soon as the mega cinema De Geus opens its doors on the Stationsplein. Nevertheless, Lido will certainly continue to exist. How exactly? We will inform you about this in the future! You can recognize Lido by its characteristic facade, impressive stained-glass windows and of course by the various films on offer. If you grew up in or near Leiden, there is a good chance that you had your first cinema experience here, whether it was your very first visit, the first time without your parents, or your first romantic movie date. The roomsAt Lido you always get to see the latest Hollywood movies (and movies from all over the world)! Our cinema has four screens: Lido 1, Lido 2, Lido 3, Lido 4 and... Studio. It may sound confusing, but it's a tradition we keep alive. Room 1In Lido 1 you can always enjoy the latest blockbusters, straight from Hollywood, on our big screen. Of course, as in many of our other rooms, we offer the possibility to watch films in 3D. Room 2, room 4 and the StudioRoom 2, room 4 and the Studio are slightly smaller, but they still offer the latest Hollywood offerings. Be surprised in room 3! This charming room is 'hidden' to the right of the entrance and has recently undergone a renovation. This hidden gem is one of our most comfortable rooms. |

Het filmassortiment is uitstekend en up-to-date. Echter, zodra je de bioscoop betreedt, voelt het alsof je teruggaat in de tijd, wel zo'n 20 jaar terug. Zelfs het vriendelijke personeel kan dat wat gedateerde gevoel niet veranderen.
Gelukkig verloopt het proces van online kaartjes bestellen en ze bij de ingang vanaf je smartphone laten scannen vlot en efficiënt.
