Parkour Disciplines is an organization committed to the safe and responsible growth of Parkour & Freerunning in the Netherlands. Our mission is to give people of all ages and skill levels the opportunity to discover and practice this unique and challenging sport. Our activities are aimed at both recreational as competitive aspects, and include the following:

We believe that Parkour & Freerunning is not only an excellent way to stay fit, but also to develop self-confidence, discipline and teamwork.
