Everything revolves around the letter 'A', with references to the Abrug, the Akerk and the Museum aan de A. Along the Hoge, Lage and Kleine der A you can enjoy music, theater, performances and art on board historic clippers, coasters, schooners and tjalks! In addition to an atmospheric winter market, Museum aan de A (the successor to the Noordelijk Scheepvaartmuseum) offers a special program and there are activities in the Akerk. This museum is free to visit during WinterWelVaart. From music, theatre and performances on the water to a lecture programme about the Groningen A's and musical events in Museum aan de A, as well as fascinating tours through the vaults of the Akerk.
