The living botanical museum gives you an overview of horticulture in Aalsmeer from about 1700 to about 1960. You will find the cultivation of fruit, trees and strawberries in historical order. You will then become acquainted with topiary cultures, ornamental shrubs, roses, draft shrubs, outdoor flowers and bedding plants. Finally, you will see how the cultivation of cut flowers and potted plants in containers and greenhouses once started. < span>Opening hoursThe museum is closed during the winter period.
